And Now Back to the House

The Senate tossed its paygo problem back to the House last night, passing a fix to the alternative minimum tax without a tax increase or anything else to offset the $50 billion cost. Support for the "pay as you go" principle seems stronger in the House, but they're still faced with the same Frankenstein vs Son of Frankenstein dilemna.
