Bryce Cooke
Emporia State University I and fellow classmates, Cliff T. and Erin Ferguson, spoke with three volunteer students who had things to say on the current issues with the Nation's current finnacial choices. All three students were asked randomly and without forewarning to prepare answers. This is the cut and dry of what a few of today's students think about the nation and how its current finnncial choices affect their generation.

Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
Your video had an awesome discussion about the problems with our national debt and some good solutions. I liked that you had all of the people you were interviewing in the same room. Maybe in the future you could have them discuss their ideas with each other a little more. Also, good pillar analogy!

Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
I liked that the students you chose to interview had some real and strong opinions and gave some examples of real soultions that they think would help our nation and in doing that they brough up some great points. I liked that they were in the same room but i would have been cool to see them all in a discusion about it to see all sides of what they had to say but overall it gave great information and was well done.

Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
I like the piller idea of the video and the students interviewed brought up good points. The music was good, but made it kinda of hard to hear the people talking. I liked how everyone was in the same room listening to each others thoughts and comments. Good Job

Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
I like how you started with the pillar and used that to base the movie off of. I appreciate that you had three students who seemed like they cared deeply about the topic and had ideas of ways to fix it.

Bryce man, nice editing, oh and acting.. You really showed the issue well.
Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
Great video! The students that you interviewed seemed to have a strong grasp of the situation. I liked how they provided real life examples to back up their points. Good job!
Thanks!!

Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
Thank you for the comments so far, they have been great. Just in response I would like to say that i would have loved to have a panel discussion between the three students, but due to the contest requirements it had to be under 5 minutes and we were sitting pretty at exactly 5, so we cut it pretty close. So unfortunately not much more could be included, and trust me, we had to cut a lot away.
I also apologize for the horrible video quality, i was under the impression that the contest required a file type no larger than 2mb so thats what i compressed it to.
Thanks again for the comments!
Re: Destroying the Pillar: The Student Response
Your introduction was very well thought out, and your three students were all very well voiced on the issue. The students had great responses, and while time didn't allow it, I too wish I could here their continued arguements. Great job with the editing too.
