Changing Expectations
»A new report finds the main problem in getting the public to deal with our fiscal problems isn't opposition to tax increases or spending cuts -- it's their lack of trust in the government to spend their money wisely. |
Re: Our Looming Fiscal Crisis
I liked your powerpoint, it was clear and to the point, you have some great ideas for solutions. I hope our country can make some of these changes.

Re: Our Looming Fiscal Crisis
Jayme,
It’s definitely alarming to see how quickly the national debt has increased and is continuing to increase. I like all of the charts that you provided. I found the chart based on the Presidents responsible for the national debt to be especially interesting. You also provided fitting solutions for the national debt.

Re: Our Looming Fiscal Crisis
I was suprised to see how quickly the debt rises. I wish that your graphs would have been easier to see however. But all in all good presentation.

Re: Our Looming Fiscal Crisis
It is very true that much of our debt is attributed to the war efforts. Nice way to use the charts and graphs. I think some music would have been a good complement. Nice work!

Jayme
I really like how you put this powerpoint together, seeing what is happening around us in charts and graphs some how makes it all little more real.

Re: Our Looming Fiscal Crisis
Jayme,
Personally, I love to occasionally monitor the national debt clock and see how dramatically it increases over the course of a couple of hours and because of my hobby I really enjoyed your presentation. You did an excellent job of pointing out how drastically the debt rises and who or what is responsible for it. It is very obvious you put a lot of effort into this assignment and it shows in a very positive way. Excellent Job!!

Re: Our Looming Fiscal Crisis
Overall i thought that this powerpoint was really good, and it was really easy to tell what your thoughts were and really easy to follow, and that is always a good thing. You had some good solutions to some of the problems that our economy is having and i hope that we are work our way though some of these problems.
